  • ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ This had to be one of the worst banks I have ever been to. The teller responded in the rudest way possible and if it wasn't for busy schedule, I would have given her an ear load. If this is the standard of customer service this branch has to offer, all I have to say is good luck. Now I'll give one example of the digusting and condscending attidute I was provided with; I told the 40 year old looking lady I had changed my phone to a new one and as such lost my pin details ( I won't go into detail of what the pin was for). She first replied with "How do you lose you pin numbers, then asked "can i have your old number." I told her I simply changed mobile phones not my number. To my shock she repeated her question to me in an aggressive and almost as if to say "are you stupid" tone. So i gave her my current number (I did not have an old number as I have never changed my number). She then said what's your new number and i replied with the same number. She checked on the system and then said "oh so this is your number, and this is you". I obviously replied with yes. Keep in mind this was only 1 example of what happened in the conversation. If you think I made up any details in this story you are delusional. Now the only reason why I am writing a review is because I can't contact their branch through phone as they require a "code". This teller was the one sitting in the middle at around 1-1:30pm and was an 40 year old looking lady. I hope this branch reevaluates what is required in terms of customer service because it seems like the standard is below any other branch I've been too and not only have they damaged the reputation of St george Bank they have shown me what an incapable system they have to allow such a person to work as a teller.
